The Washoku World Challenge (WWC), a competition to determine the world's best Japanese cuisine chef by foreigners, has been held for the past 11 years. The WWC has been reborn and started as "Road to Japanese Culinary Arts Award (JCAA)", JCAA’s foreign chefs' division. That means you are going to compete under Japanese standards for Japanese chefs.
Try this competition to improve your cooking skills. The prize money for the champion is 1,000,000 yen.
You can select to participate in the European Qualifier, Asian Qualifier, or Online Qualifier.
