Maetomo Restaurant & Bar aims to reconceptualise “WASHOKU” (Japanese traditional dining concept)* by innovating and creating state-of-the-art dishes made with a modern twist.
*In 2013, Japanese “WASHOKU” was awarded and officially listed as one of the UNESCO World Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Inspired by the beauty of seasonal transitions in Japan, Chef Maetomo aims to bring out the finest, most delicate flavours of seasonal ingredients for each dish to create a tantalising UMAMI experience for all his customers.
The restaurant is inspired by the four seasons, with a main dining area and four private dining room, modelled after the beauty of these seasonal transitions.
Our bar is stocked with a wide variety of imported premium alcohols worldwide and this is where you can fully relax, indulge and immerse yourself in a calm atmosphere.
