Ice Jelly is a Japanese treat made from KUZU Powder (Arrowroot
starch) a common ingredient in Japanese sweets.
It is served frozen, like ice cream, but does not become liquid when
it melts.
Instead, it has a unique texture that changes, so you can enjoy it
crispy straight out of the freezer, or thaw it for 5 minutes for a chewy
texture. Both are equally delicious."
