Introducing the Maetomo's wagyu beef


At Maetomo, we only use our own imported, specially selected A5 Yamasan wagyu beef from Kagoshima prefecture.

*A5 is the highest possible quality rating awarded by Japanese government.

Compared to ordinary Japanese black wagyu beef, our Yamasan wagyu beef has twice the sweetness and 30times the "umami" flavour and its tender meat has low melting point, brings you a pleasant melt-in-yourmouth texture.

The female Yamasan beef served at Maetomo is carefully fed and raised with exquisite breeding techniques, inviting you to a mouth-watering experience with its unwavering deliciousness.

We serve four parts of the meat for you to enjoy... the finest sirloin with beautiful marbling, the ribeye, excellent fillet that melt in the mouth, as well as Ichibo with overflowing Umami.
